A World Discoveredby ImagineerComment: Hey , thank for comment on both times. So, you beat me about .02 %. I had you beat about 10 minutes before the voting period ended. However, I was shot back down and stayed. Bummer. It would have been my 1 "10" shot. However, I'm happy...just thew this image in there for the game. |

Wrong Way to GOby dustin03Comment: Thank you to all those did comment and those who found time to think outside of a box for a moment...Your time and generous comments on the picture page and in forums as well PM's are thanks enough and makes me smile...I know I can't please or get through every person to be happy with my photo(s)...Not the point...I find happiness to be alive and too not end my life in such way as the photo shows...My camera is just one element that help me to live again after personal interests....there's more to a photo than one might see. |

A Night Callby SavirComment: I love this type of shots...simple, street, and almost abtract. Also, I love shots that have a alot of neg.white space....It's a wonderful comp....Hmm, I see the framing, little bit, needs more to fit the challenge...Not, saying it dosn't..just needs more...However, with this street shot. I don't think framing is nessassary anyway....ummm, with this shot, I see it needs more sharpening and the exposer seems overexposed....If I were you, I would simply re-shoot this place better focus and lighting adjustments, convert it to b/w...and have it for your portfolio. Not to sure about the (model) here..too..However, it is a street shot..you get what they give you...:) Umm, I would love to see a re-shoot....just an artistic way of say I do love this comp. Good luck. |

doppleframersby ArtysteComment: Interesting shot and idea...getting creative with the camera I see...Glad to see that folks are. Hmmm, I'm sure you can see what I see that are problems with this shot....I know it hard to position the camera where you get your self in there...However, I see the top of your backdrop, not good....I would try to work on perhaps finding a better angle...or much better..get a flat black backdrop and turn off any background lighting. As well, be sure that a your backdrop supports are enclosed with the the fabric....Oh, don't forget to clean off the mirrors....Hmmm, maybe you don't have great lights to work with...(I I don't)....perhaps a nice use of a home made "softbox" along with a directional light added....However, overall I thaink you heading in the right direction and allowing the viewer see a new perspective of things..Good luck. |
