i know the effect you were going for but for me anyway it is really hard to determine the subject in this image with the high amount of motion blur going on. To me it is to much of a distraction.

I think the effect here is too much. There's really no subject left to the shot. Were it not for the title I might have been able to tell it was of a sport, but even now I can't really make out what's going on in the shot. In addition, the blur with all the bright colors is almost a bit nauseating to look at. A good idea gone a bit bad I think. Nice try though. I do like the bright colors here and I think the zoom effect wasn't a bad idea, it just doesn't work out well in the end here.
