Lighting is great, eyes are wonderful as are skin tones. Pose of the head and facial expression are excellent. However the body posture seems quite awkward with her leaning back and her arms pointing back -- but if you crop just above the shoulders (losing the garment and just a bit of the hair in back) you have yourself an outstanding head shot.
ETA: do you have a version of her without the leafy head gear?
