Tremendous photo. For me the wind-blown hair is the icing on the cake. It creates a dynamic emotional impact. The wind looks strong enough to blow her off the path. The contrast between white points and black points is stunning. The curve of the boardwalk is a nice compositional element and makes me want to see what's further on. Great job! Hope it ribbons.
