I love the colours as well as the textures, and the diagonal composition is pleasing.

There's more going on in that window than he knows. Couldn't ask for a more expressive image of a truly classic novel - one of the greatest fictional documents of its time. The bw treatment give it a period-specific treatment strikingly reminiscent of Dorothea Lange's poignantly tragic dust bowl photos. 10

I can really see this as the cover for the book. If fits beautifully. The image itself is fascinating and appealing. I like the composition and the high contrast of the man and the broken window. I wasn̢۪t too sure about the processing but having had the time to appreciate the image I feel it was a good choice. 9.

Very good, the broken outline of the 'antagonist' over the repressed and dispossessed. Fine piece of imagery that bonds with the novel.9.

Evokes a sense of dust, determination and loss, like the book. Well composed with a looming negative shape of missing glass that acts as a sort of ghost. 8

First, congrats. Then, I despise you for being privy to such a precious scene. The pp'g is at the legendary level.

Love this. Great rusty patina and a good mix of circles and lines. Orange and blue with hints of purple. Although not symmetrical there is a balance that I really like. My favorite in this challenge.
