The flower is a touch bright, but it works as contrast to the fly's darker reds and greens. I might've burned the flower's mid tones a bit, but the focus and the bokeh are spot on. :~)

seems a bit dull, a bit of work with contrast might have helped. the background waves add to the craziness of the sport and the action
