I can't tell if this is OOF or just soft (like having a filter applied). But it is very pretty. The soft light enhances the daintiness of the blooms.

I would say that the only thing that is hurting you here is the over brightness and saturation of the greens. The sky would be just perfect with if the greens where a little tuned down.
