Unusual between long exposure and frozen motion, but the result is rather pleasant.
It lacks something though, probably something around or near the waterfall.
As is, there is just water, it's almost documentary.
I see the beautiful contrast with the warm tones of a reflection in the upper left corner, and I wish to see a bit more of that reflection.
Globally a fine work nevertheless

I think I would have tried to desaturate the top left a little. It's quite a contrast from the warm colors at the top to the blue/cool tones that make up the majority of the image.

It is hard to comment on framing without knowing what is around the image, but my sense is that there is too much water and too little in surroundings. I would also have liked a bit slower shutter speed to blur the water more. Also, there is a lot of glare in the surrounding area that I can see, waterfalls are better photographed on cloudy days or times of day when the sun isn't on the water. Based on the water at the top, I don't think a polarizing filter was used. Those filters always improve waterfall shots.

I like the movement of the water, but I think it would be better if I could see above the top of the waterfall, too. I.e., I think you should have zoomed back a bit and shown more of the surroundings.

i really liked this photo the second i saw the thumbnail(that is what they're called right?) excellent color, great contrast and tones in the building, pretty well cropped, although i might have let a little bit more tree show. nice nice photo, looks like a wonderful area that you captured wonderfully:D
