This is hard. I love the frame (sometime I have to figure out how to do that) so, whichever one of these pictures you use I hope you frame it like this.

If I had seen this one first I would said it's terrific!!! But now I'm divided.
This is so different from the others.
The blues in this bird are so spectacular - in this version there isn't the variety of hue that I see in the other two. But, on the other hand, there is a consistency in the processing of this one that I like.
I'm enjoying the way the eyes in the feathers are positioned in this one and that the bird is straight into the middle. But with the light in the other two, the details of the bird's eye and the little tufty plume are better seen.

2. This would be great for the parallel lines challenge.

In the end, I would probably score this a 6 for composition (which is excellent) and subject, in general, but I think it might be oversharpened/contrasted a bit.

My average score lately has been about a 5.4.
