the fence in the foreground really gives this a closed in feel - without a specific focal point it is hard to really have the eye pulled into the scene

A little hazy - maybe it's morning eyes... *rubs eyes* - nope, still hazy. Maybe a touch of contrast adjustment would help.

Well, here's my two cents... :) On my screen, this appears a little grainy. Also, I think this could use just a bit more contrast - it looks a little washed out and flat. The boxes are very nicely arranged, and pleasing to the eye, but there isn't much of a composition here. My eyes wander over the photograph. I have no idea what to suggest to fix that though. My only thought would be to try experimenting with some shallow depth of field. Just a thought. :)
