the idea is really promising, but there's a few things that you could do to make it a winner. The pie probably shouldn't be cut, its a bit gooey in the middle, the lighting could come more from the side, rather than the front, and the placement of the pie could be less dead centre. Only in my humble opinion, I wish I could get mine right too! Hope it was yummy!

Nice idea, but could have been shot better. More dynamic angle/composition, more dramatic/interesting lighting, and it would have scored a lot better.

One of my all time favorite songs. That, and "Alice's Restaurant". Good idea for this challenge. A bit more dramatic lighting and perhaps a less "head on" angle might give this a bit more energy, but I still quite like it.

More motion than abstract in my view, but not a whole lot of either. A little bit of motion blur doesn't really convey 'motion' to me, as much as it just conveys a static scene that has been brushed a bit.

Nice mesh of image with title. I think the lighting is where this could most be improved. It would be good as well to see more pie, less tin -- may be nice if the pie were tilted to face forward more.
