I rated this image low because I couldn’t find a part in the image that grabbed my attention. I think I see street lines but since every part of the photo is blurry its hard to make out. I realize its a pain to shoot at night in the car so I take that into account. If the street lines were in a bit more focus I would have rated it higher. Good effort though.
