Sunset at Joshua Tree NPby mirdonamyComment by mirdonamy: I was hoping to do better with this one. I was hand-holding an HDR shot, so I thought the focus was pretty good considering. The landscape by Barker Dam was gorgeous! You should all go out there sometime! Anyhow, thanks for your comments. I'll try for higher next time :) |

The nuted colours accentuate the dust and heat well |

Skirball Center Museum & Galleryby mirdonamyComment by Photologist: Arie, I really like how not only the sky/clouds in the center were exposed properly, but how you didn't allow the walls to become silhouetted. It's not everyday you get clouds like that in southern California. Excellent! |
