I like the contrast of the bold fashion against the subdued colors of the landscape. I think the legs are very bright and that side gets washed a bit, though, while the doll's face is still quite shaded. The pose is very lifelike, which is cool, and the doll appears very thoughtful, but I'm not sure she's aware she has such a nice view. I'd like to see her shifted to be more engaged in her environment.

Excellent DOF and I like the turbulent water around them. I think I know who took this shot as its got a similar feel to a ducky challenge that I liked. Im proboably wrong though.

Some benefit would have come in the form of a larger range of toning. The shapes get lost too easily due to the more uniform lighting here.

Unless I knew that Kites are rare and hard to shoot (which I dont know) this becomes a "bird on a rock" shot and thus may not mean as mcuh to me (the viewer) as it does yourself.
