Because the car owners spent too much time polishing the wheels :).
The distortion and color have some hypnotic quality, I can't stop staring at this. |

Gossipby jomariComment by EL-ROI: aka Hen's a cluckin'... haha. Good exposure considering the darkness above and the bright, reflected light at the sidewalk. (Typically easy to deal with in post however this is minimal editing...) |
