Can't see the Wood for the Trees.by jomariComment by Venser: Time to pick up an old filter myself. I was thinking of doing that after the soft focus challenge, but never got around to it. It's a really cool effect that can't be recreated in post.
Do you apply the vaseline so it's evenly distributed? How? |

Pyrenees Sunsetby jomariComment by hahn23: Lots of glorious, colorful light out there. It's a high contrast scene, but I enjoy the silhouettes vs. the lighted area. Our cameras really don't know how to treat some transitions, leaving a few artifacts. You may have a chromatic aberration on the ridge top. Or, the post processing may have done this. It's not uncommon in bright/dark scenes like this. |
