The Good Roomby jomariComment by streetpigeon: I like this photo better than the second one. It's airier and deeper. I find it hard to comment on an image of a work of art, except to say that it's well-composed and I enjoy looking at it. That security camera on the ceiling sends a shiver up my spine. |

Urban Off Trackby jomariComment by streetpigeon: The bright green vegetation, especially in front of the tunnel, feels like a dubious prelude to venturing forward into the dark. Like flute music in a horror film. It keeps one deliciously off balance and engaged. Pretty. Am I deciphering the graffiti properly as Think Tank"? |

The Good Roomby jomariComment by mariuca: I think it's the grand-grand-ma's dream. The room that gave value to the host and to the guest. The odd thing is the ceiling painted in the same color as the walls. I always wish I could peep into the past and smell the aroma of the tea, the scones, the madeleines....the grandeur and miseries of the past |

The Good Roomby jomariComment by ubique: Crikey, that's awful. Great picture of it, however. In a few days, I will feel ready to look at the companion view you supplied. Thank you. |

Urban Off Trackby jomariComment by ubique: The tunnel's tongue is poking out. Which is also the point of graffiti. Such a happy coincidence of gesture. I can't imagine the numbnuts who graffitied it recognised that, but I think you might have. Thank you. |

Urban Off Trackby jomariComment by mariuca: The image has a cheerful brightness that comes, alas, from the graffiti crown. Message edited by author 2018-11-06 01:04:01. |

Urban Off Trackby jomariComment by RKT: Every time I see graffiti like this, I imagine the person standing there in some dorky, precarious stance while they do it. I also wonder why. Why there? Why the lack of self control? I like the softness of the grass contrasted against the harshness of the stone and jagged tagging. |

The Good Roomby jomariComment by RKT: Pepto pink. If a room could give one indigestion, this may be it. That being said, it's fascinating! It is complete in its grandma-ness. |

Urban Off Trackby jomariComment by posthumous: I like pictures of holes for some reason. The photo itself is like a hole into another world. The hole in the photo might also go into another world, but we don't get to see it.
So it's like a photo of a metaphor of a photo, a sad metaphor, or at least wistful.
I have lots of pictures of holes that I don't show anyone. That sounds so wrong, I know. |
