I don't really see the PJs in this shot. I'm thinking they might be the orangy things there in the middle? This shot has GREAT focus and beautiful light, it just looks really messy/cluttered. Example: There is something going across the top left corner, can't even tell what it is; and there is something that looks like it might be a painting in the top right corner. I can't give you any help here except to remind you that composition plays a huge roll.
