The building has loads of character and supplementing in a stormy sky really adds a fantastic angle of drama. If I were to nitpick, then I might say that for myslef the angle looks a little awkward. I personaly feel that the angle needs to be more extreme if you were looking for interest through perspective, or to be front on looking either up or down... but that may just be me.
