Money ??? - With this Hobby ???by brettdComment by TooCool: I was gonna ask what camera you're using if your 10D sitting there with all your lenses. I was then gonna say you shoulda used your 10D because the focus is off a little bit but then I saw the reflections. Is this a store display? Ya had me for a second!!! Nice one

Money ??? - With this Hobby ???by brettdComment by sersal: This photo looks like the ones you can find in a brochure. I think it is a very good photo from a technical point of view. I know these are expensive devices, but when I look at it, money is not the first thing that comes to my mind. |

Fine Joineryby brettdComment by faidoi: Grainy, but this is what makes this piece so nice. Old tool with the look of the photo. Great composition. |

Fine Joineryby brettdComment by Nusbaum: I like your interpretation of the challenge and the composition of the image. Given the precision of the joinery, I think sharp focus would be more effective. With a stationary subject you can use a tripod or bench to hold the camera steady. This should help with sharp focus even if there is not much light. |
