Miss Merengueby tangueraComment by snaffles: OMG that's merengue?! Wow! Pity about the reflection from the window, I'd have gone in and asked permission to shoot her. |

Miss Merengueby tangueraComment by h2: if there was at least an interesting reflection I'd be tempted to give you a 6, but a car park? |

Golden Afternoonby tangueraComment by Melethia: Don't laugh, but when I saw this I though he/she had a watering can and was tending to the plants around the lifeguard house... Really quite idyllic! And congrats on a new #2 on your top row, too. |

Golden Afternoonby tangueraComment by Jutilda: Oh I love this. I have a soft spot for those lifeguard stands - my dad was a lifeguard at Huntington Beach back in the late 30's and early 40's. Some of the same ones are still there. (sigh) Thanks for a bit of nostalgia. |

Golden Afternoonby tangueraComment by macrothing: 7 - Very nice. I like the silhouettes. Undecided on your red border, especially with your title, but it grows on you and does complement the image, especially the right side of it. Perhaps a little less of the foreground as that seems to compete for center stage too much with the lines and silhouettes and color. |

Golden Afternoonby tangueraComment by Covert_Oddity: I like the use of the haze here to give the image a soft look. Great warm morning colours, the single figure looks like he's getting ready for the day.
Just read the title, but I choose to stick with my start of the day interpretation :) |
