A studio setup to simulate panning. Not sure how you blurred the bottom, hoping that it is legal with standard editing. My biggest nitpick is the tires that appear to be flat with the editing technique. An 8 from me. A tanguera entry? If it is, then the editing is definitely legal.

just like the over processed real dog on page one. but not really. after reading your description, and looking again, and reading the title (!) the great sadness struck me. very appropriate processing. (nothing wrong with lazy, especially if it means a trip to the thrift shop).
