Bet those real TACKS are cold! I know they are wet. I think B&W works for this image. Makes the image sadder than it already is. Makes a statement about the human condition. ;) POV, DOF good also. 8 because I like it.

Nice, I would have liked it a little more if the DOF encompassed all three of the tacks though. The further one is slightly out of focus.
