Nice shot, if you ever get the chance to redo it I would wanna encourage you to try taking it with a slightly longer shutter to have the runner motion blurred, would have been perfect for this challenge. 7 from me.

Looks like the Oregon coast during a low tide. Like how the beams of sunshine are struggling to break though the fog.
I was a long distance runner in high school and and always enjoyed running at the beach. I attended college on an athletic scholarship and ran for years after I graduated college. I credit my background in running for being able to properly pace myself and not overexert. I hiked between 4-7 miles each day despite the extream heat conditions and felt OK. - Steve
