IMO , the tilt is just a little overdone, the nearest street lamp is too much of a distraction. I would have tried to tone down the highlights down a little too. 6

The horizon is definitely tilted, however, it doesn't really work for me. I think it's because the background is too dark. It would be a better entry had the sky been slightly brighter.

This may be an "overdone" shot, but I REALLY appreciate that you took the time to comment on what it took to make it work. I'm a very low end glorified amateur. Knowing what goes into it helps me appreciate it. I cruise this site looking for ideas on what makes a composition "work" and to see how the high end amateurs and real professionals treat subject matter. What they HAVE to get right in the shot, and what they can take care of in editing. Thanks again!
