Am I correct if I say that there's a man waiting for a mouse? I don't know what happened in the lower right corner of the photo, looks like you added some blur for some reason. A higher DOF would probably make the hole more obvious, and I think that would've contributed to the photo. Maybe a tad dark, but the colors are great.

it's lit with 2 lamps, 1 from the front and 1 from above and to the right a bit. also some ambient daylight coming in from a large window.
the berry is also on a black wood surface and sitting in water which makes it reflective. also there's a black colored fabric which is behind the it.
