Very pretty Parrot. You have the exposure on the front of the face just right. The rest of the bird is a bit overexposed.

I think that maybe the crop should be a little bit tighter? Maybe try cropping by the birds right wing so that the eye naturally follows the tilt of his head. but I love the green colors here.

lovely details in the feathers captured - the light on the bird seems a bit bright and it seems that the top of the head was burned a bit too much to bring back those details.
