For those interested, here's the recipe I followed. It was pretty easy to make actually. One step that's not in this recipe is when the baking is done, turn off the stove and leave the cheesecake in there for 4-5 hours, making sure to not open the oven door during the entire baking and cooling down process. Then refrigerate the cake overnight. Letting it cool down slowly will prevent the cheesecake from cracking. Enjoy :)

it's definitely not a scary place, it's the lobby of a hospital (i guess that could be scary in some circumstances.)
the phone is really hard to get a good blur. i have to keep the phone moving or it will get fixed on an object and focus on it.

in this, and the other single person shot, i had the phone down by my hip and when the scene was what i wanted, i quickly swung my arms up and snapped the shot as the camera was moving. it helped that the when the phone was pointed down, it was focused onto a dark area. as soon as i quickly swung it up into the bright area, the camera didn't have enough time to compensate for the brightness and overexposed the lights a bit.
