This is overly processed with the contrast or dodge and burn but for some reason I really like it. Your muted tones and strong contrast give the water a metallic look. And the clouds look pretty cool.

Wow, a very strong HDR. The water tones and boat are very well done. Not sure the clouds look very realistic to me. They are very dramatic nevertheless.
