Kawika4Congress by CuttoothComment by tanguera: I love this image. There is something so quaint yet melancholic about it, and yet also a bit of hopefulness. Congrats on the ribbon. |

To Be One Of The Forgivenby CuttoothComment by Neat: One day, he will know the truth and the truth will set him free, things are never really what they seem, is this the real world, or is there a better one to come. In the end everyone will know. Thought provoking. 8 |

A Subtle Syncopation by CuttoothComment by LoVi: too good and you know it :-))) almost unsettling (in a good way....holds long interest because of the angle) If the clouds weren't there it would be very surreal with no horizon line! I can't bump it up as I already scored it so high! :-) |

A Subtle Syncopation by CuttoothComment by Neat: I really love how this looks like the boats are floating high in the sky, not actually on the water. Really gives it a surreal look. The portrait crop enhances this vision, and the bokeh soft and delicate.
To achieve such a perfectly exposed image in a minimal rule set shows, you are a master of your camera.
This is the one to beat. 10 |

A Subtle Syncopation by CuttoothComment by damjanev: WOW!
I have no idea where to horizon is... and i love it! The blurry sand (or whatever it is) simply guides you towards the boats.
I wonder how it would look like in B/W and with some more contrast. Or with more saturated colors. I have a feeling that there is even more potential in this photo if only the rules were not Minimal Editing. |
