oh this is beautiful. excellent color in the sky, and i like how the trees and silhouetted against the snow(it helps define them as trees rather then just black blobs). the crevaces in the snow add another demension of contrast and a feeling of three dimension. my favorite part about this image is the way the red of the reflection travels up the little river to the left of the big lake(ocean)

Its a shame the long exposure has softened the sky. Maybe bracketing the exposure by a couple of stops and then combining the images...
