Nice composition. The sky comes through noisy and I have the same problems with my photos so can't offer any help. I do very much appreciate the artistic value of this picture in spite of the grain.

A pass through Neat Image could have pulled that noise from the sky -- the only real detraction from an otherwise nice, restful photo. Colors are great: yellow grass, blue sky with clouds (some seem blown out), red roof on one building is great -- love the houses at the edge. I'm saying it met challenge because certainly you have pictures of mutiple buildings -- otherwise not exactly 'urban'.
