I commend the photographer for what I consider I daring submission within the context of this site! > 6 by my scale, plus one extra point to encourage similarly 'different' images (and to make up for those who will award a 1) ;-)

I would say this image works great for the assignment. The out of focus even works here. I would say that this is a successful image. When I first opened this image, I thought it would be a 1 or 2 for sure due to technical reasons, but the more I look at it - well now it's up to about a 6 or 7. I'll say good job on this one!

This is a gutsy entry! Not everyone dares to enter a "blurry" picture, even when the blur is intentional. It fits the challenge very well. Am I wrong at guessing that the idea of the picture is that the walker is either crying or tipsy, maybe both? ~10
