I was in a forest a couple of years ago where some squirrels were doing the same thing and the poor dear didn't quite make his destination. I watched him tumble to the ground and after a moment, he got up and ran away lol. Cool catch. |

Squirrelby StarbananaComment by raish: Very good capture. I suppose it could be improved with a flash or something, but you've done well with the focus and even the composition. Imagine how much time it would take if you tried to plan and execute a shot like this.

Squirrelby StarbananaComment by MelonMusketeer: Impressive timing. You were very aware of what was going on, and set up to capture it perfectly. More exposure would have washed out the sky, and as a silhouette with highlights, the squirrel looks very good. It's amazing how they can jump like that. |

I like to play footballby StarbananaComment by littlegett: Nice cute sports portrait. Colours look nice and lighting works. It is clean but for me it just isn't there. Don't get me wrong I am sure the kiddo and his folks are tickled over the image. Though for me, there just is not enough to really grab me and say HEY this is the one. |
