It looks like you've shot very wide angle which has given you distortion at the edges. I'd have suggested stepping back and zooming in a bit.

Thanks for using a clean stove for the picture. My suggestions:
I would have cropped the photo on the left so that the edge would line up with the furthest tip of the upper left leaf in the blue square of the pot holder. I would have also cropped the bottom of the photo to the furthest point on the bottom of the black line at the bottom of the pot holder. I might have thrown a couple of fresh cranberries in the mix to pull your eye back into the dish and counteract the vibrant colors in the pot holder.

This looks a little to light. Did you brighten it a lot in Photoshop maybe? It just doesn't have the dimension I think it should.
