I like that you captured all the elements of what's going on from the ground up: people that work in the buildings, people that build them, one being constructed, and the tools to build them (the crane). Definitely reflects from the ground up.

Despite the title, that guy in the front is really not doing it for me. I think the image would have been stronger without it. The display itself is very nice, and I like that you can see the people in the store. The out of focus guy especially exiting the frame is an eye sore for me. Maybe entering the frame he would have had more impact.
