Loved the shot. I think I would have cropped it tighter to eliminate the distracting hand over her breast, It might make it stronger, or it might just have made it creepy.

Your second attempt got a lot of things right. The angle of the camera is better especially without the twisted horizon. The exposure is good and the PP is brighter with a wider range of highlights and shadows. A couple of things suffered in the second take such as the sharpness due to the camera shake. The blurred woman in the foreground is not a problem though as she is moving which adds to the dynamic feel.
