I might suggest picking up an 85 F1.8 lens to get you some speed and a good focal length on your cropped camera. Sports like Wrestling aren't as demanding on shutter speed as other sports, but the lighting usually stinks. The image I posted is shot at 2000ISO and most of the day I shot at 2500ISO or 3200ISO. Good luck to your son. I was a wrestler in HS 20 years ago so I know the sport inside and out which also helps shoot it. |

Hypnosisby browda1Comment by ASTONishing: I would adjust the hue and white balance in this photo.
It seems there is an animal or something causing a distracting motion blur coming off the arm of the couch.
Also, There is now clear subject in this photo. I'm not sure where or what to look at. |
