I had to look at this one twice to realize that this was a docking area, LOL! At first glance I thought it was a flooded alley way bu then realized the doors were still above water. I like the sense it conveys, very urban, busy in the background and calm in the front. Originally I scored low on this one but am raising my score quite a bit, the picture didn't really grab me at first but I do like the cropping and the tree on the left helps draw your attention to all the corners.

Are these boat houses? The picture is an interesting combination of shapes and textures; black and white is probably a good choice.

It looks like you couldn't decide whether you should show more water at the bottom or more trees at the top. Either way would work better I think.
