This image has made me stop and take a good look, I like the dappled light effect of the clouds in the reflection,the appearance of the hdr is good,dof is good,But the reflection has distracted from the light effect being busy. I believe if you had taken a line across the top of the bridge and lowered the levels in the top this would have improved the lower half with a better effect, or cropped at the top of the trees raising the 1/3 calibration rather than splitting the photo in half. Of course this is MHO....8 for effort.

More an image of lighting than a creative use of lighting. It's hard to rate this because of it's nature. It might have been a better approach to find a subject and then use the lighting to create the image rather than of the light itself.
