Another very nice casual shot. I see your lights are nicely placed as well :) His hands looks little big, could be his hands, but if you took the picture too close, try going back a little and zooming in :)

Unless if person is leaning against something, like wall, I wouldn't recommend that kind of angle on the shoulders, give a little more three dimension to the body as you give to his head.

As of his head, tilted correctly, very nice, but cropped too close IMO. Angle of the nose is on the spot :)

Cropping a little bit tighter would do better IMO. One of his shoulder behind the frame... again, tilting his head the other way should look better I think.

He is too much at the edge of the frame, he also looks like uncomfortable with the pose, i would have him turn his head to his right a little instead of left, or have him tilt his head the other way slightly.
