Head down slightly, turn the head to his left a little... Try not to give him the "tight" look, but "relaxed" look.

PERFECT... almost. Try not to cut his head like that (with close up shots like this). Either cut equally, or don't cut at all :)

This is one of the "close to perfect" shots IMO. If he had his head turned slightly to his left, it would be awesome. But, nice shot and impression :)

Straight forward shot, no posing afford, just standing tall... It works in some cases, however if you want o give some kind of dimension to your model, I think tilting and angling are necessary :)

You can see two things really bother my eyes, one the wall behind his head, he should be position better, and the one line wrinkle on his neck, due to wrong tilting on his head.

I like the camera angle from top in this photo. However, his head is still bothering me the way it is tilted. This picture should do, but try with other way, see if you agree or not.
