Not sure what resolution you had to play with, but I think a much tighter crop losing the chairs and some of the dead space to the left would make it a more dynamic shot. I gave it a 6, but perhaps would give a 7 if it were cropped a bit.

That's a grand looking cloud. I like the way the light falls off from R to L in this. The lighting poles seem to be set in a curve, maybe an off ramp or something like that. They add a good element to connect the ground to the sky in this. The "birds" are ok with me, because I keep a few in my camera too.

Very nice composition. I think you could leave the shutter a bit more open? little under exposed? Considering the current shutter speed, you could get bit more contrast!
