But first off it's the colors in the sky and those inward leaning vertical conifers that grab attention. |

Another element to like about the photo is how the climber (you?) has an ear to ear grin, just embracing the environment. Nice pic. |

P1000663by spiritualspatulaComment by MelonMusketeer: This is definitely a grand "wake up" shot. I feel that the tent gives the photo a story, instead of it just being a generic landscape/sunrise. That's a pretty sky. I like the hint of pink in the snow. |
