Nice image - Like the feel to this and think there could have been some great potential here - I think I would crop the top of the wall to one more set of bricks above the hard hat to make this almost a square picture - I also think this would make a really nice gritty BW

I know you were looking for a dramatic effect here and you got it. I am just not so sure that a half of a floating head really works for me. Even a half a stop of fill would have made this much more interesting to me.

I hope it does well for you because it is certainly different then the rest, and that is not always a bad thing. :)
