I think the vertical works better with the way you've framed the person in the doorway. This shot gives a better "context" to the viewer. For whatever reason, it makes me think of a 1940's pic, of the lady waiting for the return of a loved one. I guess I like to use my imagination in creating a "story" for pictures... Nice job.

very nostalgic, I don't get the whole "pinhole" thing yet, but this makes me think Italy, WWII, lost in thoughts of the piazza, pining for peaceful times and a lover to come home safely
