I have been to Peru and am familiar with a scene such as this. Open air market in the middle of a small village. Women in their colorful clothing performing their trades. You did a good job with the harsh available light. Good use of perspective and leading lines.

Again, excellent composition. The focus and DoF is excellent. I love how the cloud bank is drawing me away from the boat and the emptiness behind it pushing me to have a look at the image again. A lovely image that begs me to ask questions like what is going on over there where the lights are, like what is this ships purpose, is it a fishing boat or not... Yes, this is a better photo than even you may think.

Love the tone in this gorgeous capture of life in the city. The composition is perfect. I love most how the traveling way and people keep the eye coming back to it, keeping the eye in the frame. That is always a good when an image can do that.
