Wuthering Heightsby wdammanComment by daisydavid: Makes me dizzy to look at, but I kind of like that. Eerily inviting but the processing keeps distracting my appreciation. Mono was a good choice, I get the feeling of the WH era and gloom. 5. |

Tranquilityby wdammanComment by pmichaud: Voted before... coming around to comment...
I like the softness of the image. The desaturation works perfectly here as well. |

Wuthering Heightsby wdammanComment by tvsometime: Overprocessing has clumped up the normal tonal range and the composition lacks clear intent. As to subject matter, this comes closer to the source inspiration than most images in the challenge. 5 |

Tranquilityby wdammanComment by rjkstesch: Beautiful gates and scene. For this challenge, having the focus on the gate and letting the bench blur out would have made for a stronger entry. 5 |

Wuthering Heightsby wdammanComment by Garry: Not a huge fan of this processing, which seems a little extreme for my tastes. Choice of B&W doesn't seem to benefit it much. Wonder how it would've looked in color, with some more subtle processing? |

Wuthering Heightsby wdammanComment by Denielle: Too much processing, IMO.
The black and white seem to not mesh well... theres a loss of detail in the trees and background.
I'm not feeling it.

Wuthering Heightsby wdammanComment by Tiny: To me the image has nothing to do with the title, not too sure the composition is good, and the processing seems clumpy.4. |
