Thanks for the detailed comment. I actually did this an hour before the challenge was dude since i just wanted to turn anything in to see how it did. I walked about 5 mins to the intersection around my house and took a couple of exposures.

This was taken in Daytona Beach, and theres not many buildings around here haha except for the beach and other private buildings like condos and stuff. I just thought that could represent the "urban life" even though this is more like a suburban.

The Starbursts of the lights and lights of the cars are very nice. All the technical aspects are nice, however, I dont' feel like the backdrop is anything out of the ordinary, just looks like a regular suburb with signs and sidewalks and all that. So, I hope you take this with a grain of salt, but I feel like this pic overall is nothign people haven't seen before and so it might have been reflected in your score.
