I find the lack of depth to this somewhat disconcerting. Although you have used a small aperture and there is clearly a very deep depth of field, your choice of processing has flattened the image to a point that my brain struggles to accept is a photo rather than a painting. That said, I don't dislike it, but I feel I would prefer just a lighter touch on the tone-mapping to retain a little more of a photographic feel. All entirely subjective, and others may love it just as is.
